Jacada Travel is an exciting luxury travel company that delivers personalised trips across the globe. As a Senior Travel Designer specialising in the Middle East and Silk Route, your job is to create authentic life-altering journeys for our guests, using your in-depth regional knowledge to connect with them through emails, phone calls and video conversations.
Role Summary:
- Create bespoke trips for our guests, offering them fresh and authentic experiences.
- Understand guests' needs deeply using communication mediums like phone, email and video calls.
Role Requirements:
- At least 18 months of experience in travel sales
- Strong knowledge of the Middle East and Silk Route region.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Application Process Details:
- The selection process includes a virtual interview via Google Meet followed by a roleplay phone call.
- The role reports to the Head of Latin America Travel Design.
- The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, typically three days in-office and two days working from home.

The role: As a Senior Travel Designer specializing in the Middle East and Silk Route, you will create bespoke trips that offer authentic, life-changing journeys. You will connect with guests to craft itineraries that reflect their passions, dreams, and love for meaningful, responsible travel. Your role involves frequent phone conversations, video calls, and emails to understand guests' needs deeply and inspire them with your extensive regional knowledge.
Job requirements: You need a minimum of 18 months of experience in travel sales, ideally with a focus on the Middle East and Silk Route region. A deep, first-hand knowledge of the destinations and cultures within these areas is crucial, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be a natural relationship-builder, open-minded, continuously curious, and a confident problem-solver.
