As a Global Supply Chain Compliance & Controls Specialist, your role will be crucial in maintaining compliance through activities such as routine checks, data validation, and monitoring system adherence. You will also be responsible for facilitating training rollouts, maintaining trackers, and preparing documentation.

Our services include the provision of high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a variety of other agricultural services. This model typically allows any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently boosting their resilience. The Role: As a Global Supply Chain Compliance & Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day compliance activities, including routine checks, data validation, and monitoring system adherence. You will support the adoption of policies and KPIs by maintaining trackers, preparing documentation, and reporting gaps. Additionally, you will facilitate training rollouts and monitor their effectiveness. You will also collect and manage operational data to develop dashboards and insights, conduct field visits for spot checks and on-site training to ensure compliance and strengthen process adoption. You will report to the Global Supply Chain Capability Associate.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate must have work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, with a strong understanding of the industry. Experience with compliance, controls, and process improvement is essential. Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data, agile and distributed decision-making skills, experience with implementing change initiatives, and strong execution and project management skills are required. Building strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally are also crucial.
