What will you be doing?

Responsibilities of Members of the Backend Team

Build and Integrate APIs from various open-access publishers into a centralized web repository. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Step Functions, for scalability and reliability. Utilize your expertise in one or more of the following skills: Java, JavaScript, Dockerfile, Terraform, API integration, and AI models integration. Contribute to the development of backend components to support the transformation of web text into question and answer formats. Work closely with other team members to integrate AI models efficiently into the backend infrastructure. Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing backend code to ensure high performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. 

What are we looking for?

Skills Needed:

Proficiency in backend development languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript Experience with Terraform, Auth0 Experience with web crawling techniques and APIs integration. Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda Step functions, Gateways Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills.
