Volunteer Gorgeous Graphic Designer ;-)

What will you be doing?

Our graphic designer will create and design various materials for print and digital collateral whilst ensuring that projects are completed with high quality and on schedule Translate brief and design direction into strong visual and creative graphic execution and secure a red thread across all products and media touchpoints on every franchise Obtain input from respective team members whilst ensuring that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, HR, and other team members meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on requirements Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet Adenydd goals Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces Adenydd’s status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, brochures, presentations etc) Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data Establish creative direction for Adenydd as well as brand guidelines and prepare to a high standard, regular social media posts, images and videos Work with a wide range of media, use graphic design software where necessary and perform retouching and manipulation of images as required Work in close collaboration with internal and external partners providing graphic craftmanship and know-how through all stages of creative development Take lead and be able to take a stand – consolidate feedback and challenge when needed, having the authority to reject or approve creative execution at partners Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate design and interaction ideas As a brand guardian, ensure all work remains true to Adenydd brand guidelines. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restriction

What are we looking for?

A creative design background and flair for illustration, with technical skills in graphics packages is required Good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Someone passionate about what they do and able to extend same to supporting Adenydd
