  • Role Summary:
    • Engage in high-volume telesales, making over 90 calls daily to sell tenant insurance.
    • Work with both cool and warm leads, utilizing your experience in outbound sales calls for various purposes.
    • Meet and exceed sales, activity, and behavioural targets, with a commission scheme that rewards all aspects of performance.
    • Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with a blend of office presence and remote work.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Prior experience in high-volume outbound sales calls.
    • Proven ability to close sales in B2C (or B2B) environments.
    • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
    • Ability to multitask with various IT systems.
    • Positive and resilient attitude throughout the workday.

Start Date - Tuesday 2nd April

💸 Base salary + commission = realistic OTE of £34k in your first year. Commission is earned through a mixture of sales and behavioural targets.

🏢 Full time + Part Time Available (please state your preference on application)

📍 Hybrid working - Lincoln City Centre office (3 days per week) and remote (2 days per week)

We are looking for experienced telesales agents to sell tenants insurance through cool/warm lead, you will have experience in outbound phonecalls that have a purpose, this could be selling/upselling/cross selling or appointment setting or similar.

Targets are not purely based on sales but also activity and behaviours, e.g. meeting, and ideally exceeding, QA pass rates. You will be rewarded with a newly structured commission scheme based on these combined targets.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Experience with high volume (90+ calls per day) outbound sales calls
  • Experience in B2C (or B2B) closing within sales calls is highly desirable
  • Possess great organisational skills and time management to get the most out of each day - you’ll be switching between various IT systems so it’s important you are organised
  • You must have a positive attitude and a resilient attitude - maintaining this throughout the whole day.
