Role Summary

  • Provide personalised mortgage and protection advice to Moneybox customers.
  • Guide customers from start to finish in the mortgage application process.
  • Achieve revenue targets for Mortgage Applications and Protection services.

Role Requirements

  • Ambitious and driven individual with a desire to excel at a fast-growing company.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mortgage broker.
  • Passion for providing an outstanding home-buying experience, especially for first-time buyers.
  • CeMAP qualification and Competent Adviser Status.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
  • Proven risk management skills.

However, we know that the process of buying a home can feel incredibly daunting, so as part of our mission we are looking to grow our team of mortgage advisers to help more of our customers go from saving for their deposit to owning their dream home. We’re looking for Mortgage and Protection Brokers with a passion for improving the home-buying journey and helping to demystify the world of mortgages. You’ll be a critical part of Moneybox, helping our customers make one of the most exciting financial decisions of their lives

What You'll Do

Provide professional and personalised mortgage and protection advice to Moneybox customers Guide customers through the mortgage application process and help them from their first step to their doorstep! Consistently meet revenue targets for both Mortgage Applications and Protection Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience  Work with other teams, such as our Home-buying Qualifiers, Administrators and Case Managers, to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer journey Meet quality assurance, service and risk targets in a regulated environment

Who You Are

You are driven and ambitious, looking to build your career at an exciting, fast growing company You have experience with advising from a panel of lenders You are passionate about improving the home-buying experience for first time buyers You have a high level of empathy and go above and beyond for customers You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You are flexible to work evening and weekend shifts

Experience and Skills

You will have 5+ years provable experience within a mortgage broker role You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, with experience and knowledge of recommending protection You will be CeMAP qualified and hold Competent Adviser Status The ability to apply risk management policies and procedures
