The role of Revenue Operations Analyst:

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead, this is a critical role at Glean. You will work alongside 3 RevOps Execs as well as our Marketing, Sales Success and Support teams to drive efficiency in our customer journey.

We currently split RevOps expertise into the following areas; systems, enablement, processes, people, data and insights. You will take ownership of the data and analytics elements of RevOps. The core goal here is to Support & enable the GTM (go-to-market) teams to be more efficient and effective by providing strategic direction through data-driven insights,  and removing friction from our processes. You will be tasked with figuring out how we can extract the maximum value from our current resources to help us scale efficiently.

The genuinely exciting part of this role is the variety of projects you will be able to sink your teeth into. One day, you may be proactively analysing our MQL to SQL conversions with our Marketing manager. The next day, supporting Customer Success leaders with a bespoke report. You will collaborate with Sales and finance teams on forecasting projects and enable the business to measure core metrics like CAC, LTV and sales velocity. In the background, you will be working on initiatives to improve the way we collect, structure and improve the data we have in commercial systems, across different teams. Things get really fun when you get to take ownership of our dashboard builds in HubSpot.
