Our esteemed company is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our Vilnius office. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable office experience by providing top-notch support and organization. As a key member of the Operations team within the Finance department, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our office's vitality and efficiency.

Role Summary:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with service providers and the office landlord.
  • Coordinate the delivery process for remote employees and support local events.
  • Handle initial documentation and minor local agreements.
  • Assist IT teams with equipment needs and tackle various ad-hoc tasks.

Role Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of office management experience.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, with Russian language skills as a plus.
  • A positive demeanor paired with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and adeptness in negotiations.
  • Adaptable to changing tasks and environments.

Competitive salary range: €2,572 – €2,791 gross per month, commensurate with skills and experience.

We're looking for an on-site Office Manager for our Vilnius office to create a top-notch office experience for our colleagues and employees. This role sits under the Operations function within our wider Finance department.

Please note: owing to the nature of this position, we would be keen to speak with candidates who could attend the office in Vilnius Monday to Friday every week.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 1+ year of office management experience;
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking);
  • Fluent in Lithuanian;
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills;
  • Organisational and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work with documents;
  • Ability to adapt to changes or different tasks.

Nice to have:

  • Russian language knowledge will be considered a plus.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • The control and organisation of daily office supplies with anything in need (post, telecommunications, cleaning services, snacks, couriers, etc.);
  • Organising office maintenance (keeping all furniture, equipment and other items in good condition);
  • Managing relations with the office landlord;
  • Organising and managing the delivery process for remote employees;
  • Ensuring a positive atmosphere in the office, and supporting local events (Christmas party, international team meetings, etc.);
  • Working with initial documents, signing more minor documents of local significance, helping with accounting;
  • Assisting IT teams with local minor equipment supply;
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Salary Range: 
Lithuania - €2,572 – €2,791 gross per month.

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
