The King's Trust is undergoing one of the most ambitious periods of change in our history, and we are seeking a Strategic Programme Lead to guide our transformation. This role is pivotal as we redesign our business model and implement our 2025–2030 strategy. You will be responsible for turning our big-picture ambitions into actionable plans, ensuring we create long-term, sustainable impacts for young people across the UK.
The role: As the Strategic Programme Lead, you will lead our business model transformation programme. Your tasks will include bringing clarity to complex issues, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring progress at pace. You will work closely with senior leaders, build strong relationships across the organization, and translate strategic insights into phased delivery plans. Your role will also involve facilitating leadership workshops, testing new models, and monitoring their impact.
