The role: As the Strategic Programme Lead, you will lead our business model transformation programme. Your tasks will include bringing clarity to complex issues, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring progress at pace. You will work closely with senior leaders, build strong relationships across the organization, and translate strategic insights into phased delivery plans. Your role will also involve facilitating leadership workshops, testing new models, and monitoring their impact.
