Role Summary:

  • Design and implement strategies for strengthening governance and promoting global stability.
  • Balance program delivery with business development activities.
  • Work closely under the guidance of the Head of PFM.
  • Contribute to the delivery of key international programs.

Role Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, 3 of which should be in governance or related sectors.
  • Prior experience with FCDO, DFID, or FCO is essential.
  • Proficient technical knowledge in PFM and governance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good numerical skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency.

The role entails working on the design and delivery of our work focused on strengthening governance and enhancing stability around the world. The successful candidate will split their time between programme delivery and business development, with a particular focus on delivery of major programmes. The role will report to our Head of PFM.

Job requirements include a minimum of 5 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in this sector. Experience working with FCDO, or previously DFID or FCO. Technical experience and understanding in PFM and governance related sectors. Ability to communicate with impact verbally and in writing. A good level of numeracy (e.g. ability to use Excel at an intermediate level).
