Purpose-built with performance and scalability in mind, our flexible cloud-based payments platform helps global enterprises launch new products and create experiences customers love.
The Role As an HR Partner, you share responsibility for the health, compliance, and engagement for the region. You'll build, optimize and iterate on the core components across the employee lifecycle. As a guardian of local communication and culture, you'll provide critical cut-through for Checkout.com's People Strategy and act as a key conduit to see that our department results land with success.
Job requirements Proven experience with employment law and employee relations best practices in Mauritius. You have experience in leading transformational and organizational change and in delivering multiple change projects simultaneously. Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders up to senior levels. You're comfortable with ambiguity, able to flex and adapt, and resilient through periods of change.
