    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or partial ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification.
    • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills across all levels.
    • Understanding of Interchange, Scheme Fees, Card Schemes, and Payments Processing is beneficial.

The role - Checkout is actively seeking an ambitious Analyst, to join our growing Finance Team in Mauritius. Working as part of our Cost of Sales Operations function, you'll support the scheme fees reconciliation of Card Schemes and other acquiring channels. Evolving in a high-pace and dynamic environment, meticulous attention to detail will be the key.

Job requirements - 1+ year hands-on Finance Analyst, Accounting (or similar) experience in financial services and/or payments processing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with motivation to find end-to-end solutions. Ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets. Ability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and sometimes shifting priorities. Willingness to take the initiative and continuously learn. Proficient in Microsoft Excel required. Experience with SQL server and BI tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or partly qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA). Fluency in English, and superb communication skills at all levels. Knowledge of Interchange and Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage.
