- Role Summary:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of stores to increase turnover in line with commercial policy.
- Negotiate product listings and optimize in-store product placement.
- Drive promotional operations and secure prime positioning for visibility.
- Enhance brand presence through various in-store marketing tools.
- Provide quality reporting on market conditions, competitors, and customer feedback to headquarters.
- Handle business administration, sector follow-up, and complaint management.
- Conduct store surveys to gather relevant data.
- Role Requirements:
- Commercial degree (Bac +3/5) with a minimum of 6 months experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS.
- Strong commercial acumen with advisory skills and merchandising knowledge.
- Proficient in analysis, activity management, and office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Autonomous, rigorous, and possessing strong organizational skills.

The role entails following and developing your portfolio of stores, in order to develop the turnover, within the framework of the commercial policy (annual negotiations: signing of unique conventions), Negotiating the referencing of points of sale (DN development, Direct and centralized stores) Optimize and defend the implementation of our products in stores, Sell promotional operations and obtain the best locations (MEA), Maximize the visibility of brands beyond merchandising (PLV, ILV, Animation,...), Ensure quality reporting to the head office, by raising relevant information relating to the market, competitors, customers, Ensure business management, administrative follow-up of the sector and manage complaints, Carry out linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores of its sector.
Job requirements include a commercial training Bac +3/5, you have a first experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS (Minimum 6 months). You have a strong commercial temperament, a keen sense of advice and you master the basics of merchandising. You have a good capacity for analysis and management of activity and are also autonomous and rigorous. Finally, you master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
