Role Summary:

  • Play an integral role in loyalty and CRM activities to boost return on investment and member retention.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to support the marketing plan focused on member acquisition and retention.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of marketing processes and workflow.
  • Assist with all campaign activities, from planning and development to delivery and evaluation, across various communication channels.
  • Create and deliver compelling email campaigns, overseeing everything from targeting to template design and results analysis.

Role Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing campaign support.
  • Proficiency in customer data analysis.
  • Preferably experienced with ESPs like Sailthru and analytics tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Kibana, and E-commerce platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust campaigns based on real-time insights.

The role of the CRM Marketing Executive is to support the delivery of all loyalty and CRM activities to deliver great return on investment and increase member retention for the business. You will collaborate with CRM, social, digital, PR, content, brand, e-commerce and hotel partnerships as a key member of the marketing functions, responsible for supporting the delivery of the marketing plan to acquire and retain members, as well as delivering against established processes and evolving processes to be more efficient.

Key Responsibilities include supporting the Marketing team with the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of all campaign activity across online and offline. You will be briefing cross-department teams on all aspects of the CRM marketing plan execution from concept to delivery. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering email campaigns, including targeting, template development and reporting results.

Job requirements include being educated to bachelor’s degree level or higher, having 1+ years experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, and being proficient in pulling and analysing customer data. Experience with an ESP preferably Sailthru and reporting software such as Looker, Google Analytics, Kibana and Ecommerce platforms is ideal.

We are looking for a data-driven, digital enthusiast who enjoys digging into numbers and working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Experience of using analytical tools to track campaign performance in the live environment modifying plans in response to data and insight is ideal.
