The role…

Podcasts are at the heart of the Tigerhall experience, and it's your voice that our users will be hearing. 

We’re seeking an excellent communicator with an inquisitive nature and awesome interpersonal skills to join our podcast team and host impactful conversations with our Thinkfluencers. 

You’ll be working for an exciting, fast-growing company. Our clients are household names, and you’ll be helping make content for them!

While this is initially a 4 - 5 month contract, there would be potential for this role to become full-time for the right person.

A typical day might look like…

• Brainstorming with the content team on the latest trending topics, and what our clients want their employees to learn
• Researching upcoming podcast guests, topics and scripting questions
• Creative experimentation around storytelling and engaging your listeners
• Prepping senior business leaders for the recording - and helping shape the story they want to tell, balancing this with our listeners' needs
• Recording!
• Working with a production team to ensure post-production is up to standard, help review podcasts, and ensure your interviewees and our clients are happy with the result

What we’re looking for…

• Someone who LOVES podcasts! Podcasting experience is a plus, but certainly not essential - but what IS essential is the ability to hold a great conversation and be confident in front of anyone - (you’ll be speaking with CEO’s and senior executives)
• An engaging and easy-to-listen-to voice
• A strong interest in people and leaders in general
• An exceptional ability to ask the right questions at the right time
• Lots of intellectual curiosity and general knowledge - you'll need to handle a broad set of topics
• A great storyteller and writer
• Someone professional with good business acumen.
• A Strong work ethic 
• Someone with a great work-from-home setup, a quiet space to record, and a professional-looking background (no messy bedrooms in the background please - it's not a good look!)
• A great attitude, ideally fun-loving and not vanilla (or as we say at Tigerhall, not llama)!
