The Role This role will be focused on the project management of our CRM platform upgrade (from v5 to v6 Silverbear encompassing membership management, fundraising and customer engagement functions among others) which sits on Dynamics 365 and encompasses a move from an on-premise to cloud based architecture. You will be responsible delivering the business requirements, process mapping including gap analysis of any changes in process, implementation of the new solution, integration where appropriate to existing systems (including the museums ticketing and eCommerce platforms), data migration, testing, training of end users and the support, and handover of the solution to the Technology department and relevant stakeholders.
