As the Founding User Enablement Specialist in Australia, you will have the unique opportunity to build our user support and training functions from the ground up. This role is not just about providing support; it's about being a strategic partner to organizations, helping them integrate our AI tools seamlessly into their daily operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day support, driving long-term adoption of our tools through engaging training sessions, and acting as a crucial link between our users and our product development teams.

Key responsibilities include responding to user queries, troubleshooting issues, leading onboarding and training sessions, and traveling to customer sites as needed. You will also be instrumental in creating resources and guides to enhance user experience and support.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, and an excellent communicator. You should be calm under pressure, proactive, curious, and excited about building new systems and processes. Experience in supporting government, not-for-profits, or NDIS organizations, as well as familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools, will be considered a bonus.

Beam offers a hybrid working environment with several perks including access to therapy, financial well-being coaching, generous holiday allowances, and health care cover. We also provide a supportive and inclusive work environment and are committed to making reasonable adjustments to support all candidates during the hiring process.
