The role: As the Head of Delivery, you will lead a passionate team based in London and the South East. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of these programmes, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the young people we serve. This role involves building strong local partnerships, ensuring safe and effective service delivery, and championing an inclusive culture within your team. A focus on performance, quality, and continuous improvement is essential to ensure your work has a lasting impact.
