What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities

CMS Web App Development:

Collaborate with teams to build a fully dynamic website using ASP.NET Core 6 and MS SQL. Customised CMS to streamline content creation and mgt. Umbraco/Azure-compatible dBase

GitHub Integration:  For control and coding collaboration AI Integration for Enhanced Functionality:

Implement AI solutions to enhance the website:

SEO Optimization: Improve search engine visibility through AI-driven keyword analysis & content optimisation. Chatbot: Develop an AI-powered chatbot for self-service user experiences, & health-related queries. Donation Mgt: AI-driven donation tracking and processing. User Exp. (UX): Enhance UX with user recommendations/content delivery.

Web Components & Pages:

Develop/maintain essential web pages:

About Us, Opps, Donations, Shop, Media & Resources, Events, Policies, SH, Pregnancy, COVID-19, Information, Health & Safety, Workshops, C. Tracing, Get Involved, Campaigns etc., & relevant link pages.

Create image carousels, Youth Groups, SH, awareness, advisors, volunteers etc.

Content and Functionality:

Implement interactive features and functionalities:

Private section for advice on health topics incl., SH, abuse, Youth H., MH, etc. Offer resources, assessment tools, learning.

Local Services Page:

Develop a full guide on how & where ppl access MHN.

Multi-Level Access & Security:

Design a secure reg system Implement 2-step authentication for enhanced security. Create user IDs for private clinics & chats.

Service Bookings & Ordering:

Enable users to request advice, book appts, order resources etc.  Streamline ordering system.

Charity Shop Page:

Dev fundraising pg with shopping cart. Implement Payment Gateway.

Image Security:

Restricted based on roles/permissions.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Proficiency in ASP.NET Core 6, MS SQL, and full-stack development. Familiarity with GitHub for version control. Passion for youth health and well-being. Skilled with the current version of Azure Commitment to maintaining a secure and user-friendly online environment.

  Essential and Desirable Requirements Skills §  Ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities, networks, blogging, online research, and audit make presentations of findings including written reports and produce online feedback. §  Ability to be self-servicing administratively, with good IT skills, including word processing and use of the internet §  Team manager/player §  occasional evenings and weekends §  Improve access to websites and links with other groups and organisations. §  Proficient in using social media integration and communication tools like Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn etc., for targeted service promotion and delivery §  Website Administration and Management skills to organise administrative documents and improve site membership and organise and update hard with online membership registration with paperwork streamlined §  Website and IT development, to support website update, auditing and monitoring activities, monitor use efficacy, upload images and make copies of images and regularly check for errors, broken links etc. §  Linking with local and online service providers in promoting service; updating app pages, Networking online with service users to gain insight on service needs, giving feedback, and informing users on activities online and by email. §  Front-end UX/UI and back-end app development skills are vital for the role.

Your technical expertise will directly impact the user experience, accessibility, and security of our online platform.  You will be helping in a) reducing the rates of STIs/STDs, and unintended pregnancies, and reducing inequality in service provisions for young people under twenty years old, including Black, and minority ethnic groups, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (often used to encompass any sexual orientations or gender identities that do not correspond to heterosexual norms (LGBTQ), and those individuals considered high-risk population.
