Role Summary:

  • Develop and implement revenue-driving programs and initiatives with global Tech Partners.

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships, preferably with Business Messaging Partners like Meta.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and fostering strategic relationships.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the MarTech Ecosystem and strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to Braze's core values.

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Revenue Program Lead to join our Global Tech Partnerships team and support our Global Strategic Tech Partners. As part of our Global Commercial Tech Partnerships team you will be responsible for expanding Braze's go-to-market efforts through the global Tech Partners community with close collaboration with our Sales, Product, Marketing, Solution Consultants and Strategic Consulting teams.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about experimenting with new programs and scaling existing programs. The candidate should have experience in building and scaling strategic relationships, driving joint innovative solutions and commercial development forward, who is biased towards building repeatability and scalability through innovation. We are looking for an individual who has excellent project management skills and strategic growth mindset and can proactively seek to improve commercial, innovation and GTM achievements and overall improve partner experience to make a measurable impact.

Your responsibility will be to build, test, execute and scale revenue-driving programs and initiatives within our strategic tech partner community. Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, SolCon, Product, BDR, Marketing and Enablement.

  • Drive strategic alignment between Braze and Global strategic tech partners to accelerate and optimize commercial development and pole position within their partner portfolio. 
  • Work with Strategic Partners to understand their goals and work cross-functionally to progress JBPs across Product, Commercial and Marketing against partner KPIs and our pole position within their portfolio.
  • Be responsible to scale sales, GTM and adoption of drive joint solutions working with partners in collaboration with regional sales, legal, pricing and ops to further strengthen our position across strategic partners
  • Optimize current commercial programs and evaluate new programs Braze can participate in to advance pipeline development and joint GTM   
  • Build alignment with regional commercial partner leads and commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders
  • Develop new relationships and nurture existing relationships with strategic partners


  • Preferred experience of working with Business Messaging Partners such as Meta, Advertising Solutions and CPaaS category, as well as with Sales and GTM teams to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes to optimize Commercial Programs and joint solutions adoption
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships with a demonstrated experience in obtaining and overachieving on targets
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of MarTech Ecosystem 
  • Adaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills. Clients have the impression that you listen and understand their problems.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $123,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $175,000 and $205,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
