Role Summary:
- Execute merchandising of products and sales events.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely product delivery to warehouses.

We're SportPursuit, a group of talented and eager individuals who work hard to deliver the end to end sales process. We launch a variety of great sales to the website every day to ensure these are delivered on time and in full to our 3rd party warehouse. We strive to ensure that our 9 million community of sports enthusiasts have an excellent experience at every touch point.
The role entails merchandising of products and sale events, managing your portfolio of purchase orders for your sale events, using our ERP systems, and taking steps to ensure timely delivery to our warehouse. You will also be responsible for reconciling PO’s against deliveries and invoices, resolving issues raised by our customer service team related to merchandising and replying to queries from suppliers and colleagues in a timely and effective manner.
Job requirements include a desire to learn quickly, the aspiration to work with and become skilled in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce merchandising tools and processes, a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, strong time management skills with a natural ability to task-switch and plan ahead, a desire to think commercially and a passion for selling, the ability to problem solve effectively, and strong written English and verbal communication skills.
