Role Summary
- Manage the aggregation and transportation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates to designated collection sites and processing factories.
- Ensure that all aggregation and transport activities adhere to One Acre Fund’s policies and SOPs.
- Be an active member of the LOG Soko Team, reporting directly to the Logistics Soko Manager.
- The role is based in Nairobi and Sagana.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain and 3 years focusing on Logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Suites and tracking tools, managing complex formulas and functions in Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of Swahili is beneficial.
- Open to Kenyan citizens or permanent residents only.

The Role: As a Macadamia and Avocado Logistics Specialist, you will manage the countrywide aggregation and transportation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates to designated collection sites and onward to the processing factory. This role is crucial for ensuring that all aggregation and transport activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Tupande's policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be part of the LOG Soko Team and report directly to the Logistics Soko Manager. This position is based in Nairobi and Sagana.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on Logistics coordination. Proficiency in Google Suites and tracking tools is required, along with the ability to manage complex formulas and functions in Google Sheets for data analysis. Fluency in English is required, and working knowledge of Swahili is also useful.
