Role Summary
- Design and oversee credit and cash operations as Nigeria Credit Lead for One Acre Fund
- Manage portfolio quality and sustainable growth across multiple states
- Lead a team of execution specialists and work collaboratively within the program division, reporting directly to the Field Operations Lead
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in leading credit or field operations teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coach teams for achieving sales, enrolment, and repayment goals
- Experience in risk assessment, performance indicator tracking, and strategizing insights for senior leadership
- Ability to work in rural areas and proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those spoken in the target markets

The Role: As the Nigeria Credit Lead, you will be responsible for designing the credit program for One Acre Fund Nigeria. Your role includes overseeing credit and cash operations, ensuring portfolio quality, and sustainable growth across multiple states. You will lead a team of Execution Specialists and work collaboratively within the program division, reporting directly to the Field Operations Lead.
Job Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in leading credit or field operations teams. - Proven ability to manage and coach teams to achieve sales, enrollment, and repayment goals. - Experience in risk assessment, tracking performance indicators, and providing insights to senior leadership. - Ability to work in rural areas and fluency in multiple languages, particularly those spoken in target markets like Hausa.
