What will you be doing?

We’re looking for confident, friendly and well organised people to join our Trustee Board at a critical time of rising costs of living and demand plus increasing competition for sources of funding. We’d welcome trustees from a range of specialisms, eg EDI, housing, fundraising, health, safeguarding, technology and social media. But what really counts will be your strategic knowledge or lived experience and your passion to help local people who need advice, information and advocacy. You'll join an inclusive team with the opportunity to lead on specific projects, develop partnerships and initiate fundraising leads to ensure a stable future for the charity. We meet quarterly with an annual strategic event to set our business plan priorities. Whilst both in person and virtual attendance are available, we particularly value trustees coming to the Epsom office to feel part of the Board team and to interact with staff. So, do come and join us, learn new things and meet great people!
