What are we looking for?

Swimming or Sports Administration: Background in sports, especially swimming, or experience in sports administration, can be beneficial for understanding the specific needs and challenges of the club. Digital Literacy: Competence in using digital tools and platforms for communication, management, and online fundraising efforts.
