Volunteer Website expert to support on web development

What will you be doing?

Your role? You'll be advising, supporting and adding your touch to our current charity website. From technical tweaks to create enhancements, your expertise will improve our site which at the moment is largeley out of date. You'll have the expertise in WordPress to identify current issues and help to rectify them as well as setting out a plan for continued update of content and to improve usability of the site.  Key deliverables will include but not be limited to:

Auditing the current site to identify issues and provide solutions Auditing content and providing suggestions for updating the site Creating a strategy and plan for improving the site  Advising on best practice 

You'll work closely with the Head of Charity and Fundraising who will be on hand to support and we are flexible in how you manage your time and input. 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer who has experience in:

WordPress (front end and back end) Web design Plugin development and installation Page builders

and someone who will bring creative ideas and have a passion for helping to support our small but mighty Charity. 

What difference will you make?

Your input will shape how we present ourselves to patients, families, staff members and local people who seek further information on our Charity. With your help we will be able to direct more people to our site which in turn will hopefully encourage further donations and fundraising.
