About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. This is all made possible by our team of 9,000+ full-time staff, drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions.

The Role We are seeking a strategy and project management professional with experience in project top-tier consulting or similar execution-focused roles to implement and scale Tupande's gender and youth agenda. It is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires driving cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes in the field. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the COO.

Job Requirements You have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' experience in a strategy/operations management role, preferably with experience in consulting in a consulting firm. You have strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results. Demonstrated experience with data, financial models, and metrics-driven decision-making is essential. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are required, and you should have experience working in complex and cross-functional environments.

Benefits Health insurance, housing, and comprehensive benefits are provided. Career growth and development opportunities are available, with weekly check-ins with your manager, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals.
