What will you be doing?

Time Commitment

Attend 6 short early evening Board Meetings per annum. (1-1.5 hours) (Not August or December).  Hybrid meetings, in Guildford or online.  Applicants should ideally live in Surrey. Attending the evening Annual General Meeting (mid-October). Read board papers before meetings (approx 1 hour). Read occasional emails between meetings. Attend and help at a minimum of one fundraising event a year. Observe a minimum of one day centre workshop a year.  

Trustee Induction and Support

Trustees receive a full induction pack and support.  

What are we looking for?

Experience of NHS, Clinical, Neuro, GP, Adult Social Care, Solicitor, fundraising.  The passion to help people who have acquired a brain injury.  Carers of people with brain injury. 

What difference will you make?

This is a vital role, helping ensure we can continue our support for people who have acquired a brain injury and their carers / family. As a trustee, you will have a real opportunity to offer your unique skill set to help the strategic progression of the charity.    Your experience and commitment will ensure we continue to provide and extend our range of much-needed support and services to our beneficiaries
