- Demonstrated experience in Litigation/Debt Collection Management.
- Substantial Commercial/Financial Litigation expertise.
- Excellent legal technical skills.
- Proven operational leadership and management capabilities.
- Experience in managing team performance and stakeholder communication.
- Insolvency experience is a plus.

The role - what the role entails. We are looking for a Legal Manager (Litigation) to join our team. The Litigation team carry out all debt recovery and insolvency procedures with their own unique approach that is defining the recovery culture in the lending market. The role involves managing and overseeing a team of Litigation Paralegals and overseeing the successful achievement of individual, departmental and business targets ensuring Investor returns are protected.
Job requirements - any requirements mentioned. We are looking for an experienced Litigator/Debt Collection Manager with Commercial/Financial Litigation experience and strong technical legal skills. Experience in operational leadership and management, to include leading a team and managing performance and updating stakeholders accordingly is required. Insolvency experience is desirable.
