Role Summary
- Manage and expand a portfolio of GMS stores.
- Negotiate product listings and optimize in-store placements.
- Drive sales through promotional strategies and secure prime product locations.
- Adopt a categorical approach to enhance category performance, product range, and sales points.
- Provide detailed reporting and market analysis to headquarters.
- Conduct in-store surveys and utilize digital tools for sector analysis.
Role Requirements
- A passion for organic food and understanding of its significance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and team collaboration.
- Prior commercial experience in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Driving license B and willingness to travel weekly.
- Residence in or around Reims, Epernay, or Troyes is ideal.

The role involves following and developing your portfolio of GMS stores, negotiating the listing of points of sale, optimizing and defending the placement of our products in stores, selling promotional operations and obtaining the best locations, having a categorical approach to optimize the performance of categories, products that make it up and the point of sale, ensuring quality reporting to headquarters, by raising relevant information related to the market, competitors, customers, carrying out linear surveys via the computer tool in the stores of its sector.
Job requirements include a real sensitivity to organic food and the issues it represents and you have an excellent relationship and combine both autonomy and team spirit. You have a first commercial experience (field or store) in Specialized Circuit and/or GMS, you are rigorous and master office tools (Excel and Powerpoint in particular). Your commercial temperament and your ability to undertake will be your best assets to succeed in this position and give a particular meaning to your career by joining our teams. Home location ideally: Reims / Epernay / Troyes. Holder of a B license, you accept weekly trips.

This position is evolving towards a headquarters function or another field position (geographical sector/different network).
