  • Drive commercial activities in your region, setting and achieving sales objectives.
  • Analyze regional sales data to devise strategic action plans.
  • Oversee the commercial, administrative, and budgetary aspects of sector managers and sales promoters.
  • Lead regional negotiations and develop the sales force.
  • Conduct field coaching, team recruitment, and professional development.
  • Organize regional meetings and ensure consistent team progress.
  • Gather and centralize market feedback and contribute to improvement workshops.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sector Manager in GMS.
  • Experience in a commercial role at the head office level.
  • Demonstrated management skills and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication, team spirit, and mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Office Pack, especially Excel & PowerPoint, and ideally experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of IRI/Nielsen panels is a plus.

Today, we are looking for our Regional Manager South H/F on a permanent contract. Reporting to the National Sales Director, your missions in the adventure will be to drive the commercial activity of your region: Break down regional objectives on sectors, Boost and control the achievement of objectives, Carry out analyses of the commercial situation of your region (sectors/points of sale/regional customers...) and define appropriate action plans to meet objectives, Control the commercial, administrative and budgetary activity of your sector managers and sales promoters, Prepare and conduct negotiations at regional level.

You will also guide, support and animate the sales force attached to your region: Carry out field coaching and organise regular field tours with your sector managers and sales promoters, Ensure the recruitment of your team and steer its integration towards the achievement of objectives, Carry out and be responsible for personal development plans, Organise and animate regional meetings, Ensure a weekly follow-up of your teams, Centralise feedback (market, customers, competition), Participate in workshops for reflection and/or improvement.

You must have a first experience of 2 to 5 years as a Sector Manager in GMS, coupled with a head office experience on a commercial position (Trade Marketing, Category Management, Key Account....). A management experience is also required. Results-oriented, you are recognised for your mastery of sales and negotiation techniques. We recognise in you your leadership, your ability to engage your stakeholders and to be proactive. You also have real relational skills and are recognised for your team spirit. You master the Office Pack, and particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Ideally, you master a CRM (type Salesforce or Statigest) and have a knowledge of IRI/Nielsen panels.
