Role Summary:
- Preparation of financial reports for executive leadership and board members.
- Development of budget presentations, reforecasts, and strategic plans.

Role Requirements:
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in delivering forecasts in a commercial environment.
- Track record of enhancing process and systems improvements.
- Ability to identify and manage business risks and opportunities.

The role of Senior Finance Business Partner sits within the Finance department located at Bloomsbury’s Head Office in Bedford Square, London. The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for preparing reporting for the Group’s EC and Board on performance against budget and prior year, as well as preparing presentations on the budget, reforecasts and 5 year strategic plan. The role requires a business partner who is highly successful at managing relationships with senior stakeholders. There is an opportunity to be involved in complex project work and modelling to help support the business to deliver its strategy.
Job requirements include being a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders to help deliver on business objectives. Experience of delivering forecasts in a high pressure, commercial environment. Demonstrable experience of delivering process and systems improvements. Able to identify and raise risks, threats and opportunities.
