Volunteer Learning Management Specialist

What will you be doing?

The Fédération Internationale de la Jeunesse in English International Youth Federation (IYF), is an international non-profit youth organization network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral, and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide. The IYF is a global youth network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people across the world. IYF works in over 50 countries and territories, helping to achieve youth empowerment and improve the status of youth. The IYF Learning Commission (IYFLC) is responsible for designing strategies, solutions, tools, and services that enable and facilitate more effective and impactful staff learning programmes, projects and activities. Function: Manages the administration and logistics of learning programs, ensuring their successful execution and impact. Responsibilities  • Coordinates the scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication for learning programs. • Maintains a tracking system for participant attendance, engagement, and learning outcomes. • Collaborates with Learning Program Specialists to ensure smooth program delivery and resolve any logistical challenges. • Provides regular reports on program effectiveness, participant feedback, and logistical improvements. • Passes the program effectiveness reports and logistical insights to the Global Learning Manager for global alignment. #LI-Remote

What are we looking for?

Experience Experience and results preferred at national level preferred in L&D, education, coaching, training of trainers, youth empowerment role, training, knowledge management, development, communications, international relations, capacity building, sport, women empowerment, youth-led organizations or another relevant field.
