What will you be doing?
We are looking for people who can help us create engaging social media content that promotes the charity's work and raises awareness of the role of Relationships and Sex Education in empowering young people to lead happier, safer lives. Responsibilities
Review our current social media accounts and suggest ways to improve the content and increase engagement. Create a plan (social media calendar) for our platforms, such as posts and campaigns. Post and manage content regularly on our social media platforms. Measure the success of every social media posts and campaigns. Prepare graphics or liaise with our illustrator to create new images to share on social media. Engage with our followers and encourage interaction. Ensure our inclusive approach is represented in all social media messages by working with staff at the Charity. Report progress to the Senior Leadership Team at the Charity.
We are looking for people to commit to 1-2 hours a week.

We are looking for people with an interest in education, particularly the transformative impact of inclusive Relationships and Sex Education. Skills and experience
Understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content. Experience of developing social media strategies to support an organisation's communications objectives. Knowledge of key analytics tools. Ability to efficiently manage own workload. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Can meet deadlines. Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Experience of using graphic design tools such as Canva. Developing content in line with the Charity's values and approach. Experience of creating social media content calendars to help plan social media activity. Accuracy and attention to detail.
What difference will you make?
Volunteers will play a key role in raising awareness of the charity's work, and help bust myths and taboos around sex, relationships, bodies, and health. By helping us improve our social media engagement, you will help us reach new stakholders, such as teachers, donors, and funders.
