Volunteer Events Organiser

What will you be doing?

As an events organiser you will be responsible for organising and managing events throughout the year for Cats Protection Northumbria Branch. Example events are:

Market stalls and car boot sales Quiz nights and fashion shows Bake sales and coffee mornings Anything you can think of!

You will be responsible for the volunteer cover and marketing of these events with the support of your Fundraising Team Leader.  The Branch also attends events at Pets at Home selling items and running games.

What difference will you make?

By ensuring there is an ongoing number of events throughout the year, the community will be made more aware of the Branch and their work. Raising money is essential to allow the branch to carry out important work helping and rehoming cats and kittens in Northumbria. Events help volunteers come together for a common cause, have an enjoyable experience and meet people.
