Role Summary
- Provide artistic direction that aligns with Heura's brand and objectives.
- Manage the development and implementation of creative concepts.
- Plan and oversee artistic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct quality control for visual deliverables and provide feedback to the team.

- Guide the brand's tone of voice and imagery, including photography style and visual elements.
- Organize and execute photoshoots, ensuring all visual content is on-brand.
Role Requirements
- Passionate about Heura's mission with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in design or art direction, preferably in the FMCG sector or a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of design or art experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to build strong relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.

And that’s why we are looking for a Graphic Designer and Art Director! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through shaping the art creation of the organization and ensuring that the creative output aligns with the overall goals and objectives.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Design & Art Creation:
- Providing art direction and vision for projects, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and objectives.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of creative concepts.
- Production & adaptation of global assets for production
Project Management:
- Planning and overseeing the execution of artistic projects and visual implementations.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to integrate artistic elements and visual assets into broader initiatives.
Assure Brand Consistency:
- Ensuring that visual elements align with and reinforce the company's brand identity.
- Maintaining consistency in visual & graphic assets across different platforms and channels.
Brand Quality Control:
- Ensuring the high quality and consistency of visual deliverables.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on artwork and designs produced by the team.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and UX/UI design, to ensure cohesive and integrated brand implementation and creative solutions.
Creative Strategy:
- Developing and implementing creative strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Staying informed about industry trends and incorporating relevant innovations into artistic projects.
Tone of Voice and Imagery Development:
- Define the brand's personality traits to guide the tone of voice.
- Tailor the tone to resonate with the target audience, considering their preferences, values, and communication style.
- Identify and standardize the use of icons, symbols, photography style and other visual elements that reinforce the brand's messaging.
- Build a centralized library of approved visual assets to facilitate consistent use across teams and projects.
Photoshootings
- Concept, planning and execution of photographic campaigns (digital & print contexts)
- Briefing external partners to ensure the outcome is on-brand
- Postproduction of the brand imagery

Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Virtual Arts, Audiovisual or similar.
+5 years of experience in Design or Art, ideally in the FMCG industry
Knowledge of Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Innovative Thinking: The capacity to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to design challenges.
Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen understanding of visual aesthetics, including color theory, composition, and typography.
Design Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, or other relevant artistic disciplines, depending on the nature of the work.
Creative Vision: The ability to envision and articulate a compelling artistic direction for projects that align with the brand's identity and objectives.
An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.
Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
