Role Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in agricultural research, with a preference for candidates with a PhD or MSc in applied agricultural science.

- Experience in smallholder farmer extension and pest management projects in Africa is a plus.

The Role: As a Research Agronomist at One Acre Fund, you will be part of our robust R&D program that spans several countries. You will be responsible for driving impactful pest management research and turning evidence into action. This includes conducting literature reviews, designing on-farm experiments, and developing IPM strategies. Your work will directly influence the wellbeing of hundreds of thousands of smallholder farmers each year.
Job Requirements: We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in agriculture research, preferably with a PhD or MSc in applied agricultural science. You should have a strong background in agronomy, crop management, and agricultural trial design. Experience in smallholder farmer extension and pest management projects in Africa is an advantage.
