The role: As a Youth Development Lead at The King's Trust, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our external delivery partners and volunteers. Your main goal will be to ensure that young people have an exceptional experience and achieve positive outcomes. This role is based in our Bristol office and requires travel to support and visit delivery partners across the region. You will welcome, train, and manage delivery partners and volunteers, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and compliance with necessary policies.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a background in education or a strong understanding of the education system. You should be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead sessions and organize events.
