What will you be doing?
We are seeking individuals with experience in EAP design for us to create a program to offer to companies to help support their staff with their mental health and wellness.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in creating and managing EAPs
What difference will you make?
By helping us design an EAP to offer to companies and other charities, you will enable us to help them support their employees more cost-effectively, helping them to fulfill their objectives. Likewise, the employees themselves will benefit from your support by having an EAP that is designed by you and so it will allow them to benefit from the approaches/aspects that you believe are most effective compared with other programs. More fundamentally too, offering it to other organisations will allow us as a charity to generate revenue that, in turn, can help us to subsidize places for those on low incomes so that they can reach the support they would otherwise be unable to afford/be on a wait-list to receive (with less experienced/effective interventions even after waiting).
