What will you be doing?

As an Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping all external communications strategy, ensuring that the charity’s messaging resonates with charity target audiences and drives action towards its mission. You will be responsible for gathering pertinent information from various business, develop copy that strengthens the charity's brand identity whilst collaborating closely with different teams within the charity, you will identify PR opportunities to raise awareness of our impact and initiatives. Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Digital to uncover new storylines, draft content for external distribution, and pitch to suitable media platforms to enhance the charity's visibility.   Developing audience insight and analysis of current offering to improve effectiveness of digital marketing and fundraising. Planning and delivering effective campaigns that generate new leads Take the lead in generating content for external channels and publications and ensure timely and effective responses to requests for comment and content. Foster positive relationships with journalists, while monitoring and reporting on media coverage of the charity in a timely manner.   Collaborate with the marketing team to disseminate key messages across various internal and external channels. Co-create and oversee the charity's photography and videography assets programme and manage the charity's podcast programme, ensuring content is relevant, targeted, and effectively distributed across appropriate channels.

Data

Develop and evolve the use of Google services and analysis, improve the optimisation of the Time To Inspire online and digital offering and monitor effectiveness.

Marketing

Be proactive and develop innovative ways of promoting Time To Inspire support. This will include content generation, campaigns and appeals. Work with the team to use digital channels to maximise income from existing fundraising products (e.g. buy a product being procured through artists such as hand thrown ceramics – pottery, etc…) and to test and develop new offers. Create high quality and engaging supporter journeys that integrate communications across all digital channels to increase engagement and income for Time to Inspire.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a regulatory environment and/or compliance support role with a good working knowledge of fundraising/charity and GDPR regulatory frameworks. You will be highly organized, process oriented and solution focused and will be used to working in a busy environment with changing priorities.
