You know exactly how to reach the right authority within a business and can cultivate relationships smoothly whilst creating urgency where necessary.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

As an Account Executive at Perkbox, your role will be solely focused on net new business acquisition.  Working with leads generated from our SDR and marketing teams, as well as performing your own prospecting, you’ll be connecting with potential customers to demo how the Perkbox platform can address and solve their pain points.  Using a variety of sales methodologies, you’ll be effectively qualifying, processing and closing in the mid-market and corporate space.

Day to day you can expect to:

  • Work with Mid-Market and Corporate companies (100-2000 employees) where you’ll consult with key stakeholders (HR and C-suite), identify the business challenges and align these goals with the relevant Perkbox products
  • Progress pre-qualified opportunities or hot inbound leads: Working with leads generated by SDRs, or inbound inquiries to demonstrate the value of Perkbox to the key stakeholders via an online or in person meeting. 
  • Outbound: Research accounts, identify key players, strategically generate interest and develop relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Successfully self-generate leads through outbound prospecting.
  • Understand the clients’ requirements and processes, putting together presentations, tenders & pitches to manage a long term pipeline that will deliver results.
  • Work directly with the SDR team, training and collaborating with them to build a pipeline in the 100-2000 employee space.
