What will you be doing?
You will have skills to:
control the meeting, drive to the objectives and keep discussions on track Creating commitments with accountability, ownerships and agreed timescales Prepare and structure virtual meetings to achieve the desired outcomes Help others to be confident in effective participation and, involvement with their attendance Setting up and using collaborative features in meeting software How to be 100% present and connected to your audience

Before each meeting, take some time to think about what you want to accomplish during the meeting. By thinking through some of these questions, you will communicate pre meeting with attendees to ensure everyone is confident in contributing:
What is the purpose of the meeting? What would a successful outcome look like? Who needs to be in the room to reach that outcome? What do the participants need from you? What do you need from the participants?

What difference will you make?
We will be looking to sign up several volunteers for this role as it will be governed by the necessity for Project Teams and the Project committee to hold formal meetings. Your help and expertise will enable us to adapt and make full use of the various teams of volunteers committed to our project, to scope new possibilities, activities and ways of working. You will moderate online meetings of the whole range of Project teams as well as acting as moderator for meetings of individual Project teams. You will enable the Project Director to be fully involved in the meetings, development and implementation of the various stages of the process leading towards achieving our goal of a dedicated venue for education and remembrance of the 1982 Falklands War
