Role Summary
- Develop a thorough understanding of our customers' needs to craft the strategy and objectives for the Weight Loss category.
- Track and report on category performance, finding actionable ways to improve.
- Assist the Head of Weight Loss in strategic partnership and stakeholder meetings.
Role Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in roles demanding strong strategic and problem-solving abilities.
- Independence in organization and a result-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in strategy consulting, PE, IBD, or a startup environment is highly desirable.
- Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship and availability to work from the Bermondsey HQ three days a week.

ABOUT MANUAL Men don’t look after their health unless they have to. We want to change that from the ground up. We started from the UK, then expanded to Brazil and are currently looking to bring our product to many more people across the world.
THE ROLE We are looking for a Strategy and Ops Manager to join our growing Weight Loss category. Weight Loss is one of MANUAL's categories where we provide a blend of coaching, products, and medical treatment. You will work closely alongside our Head of Weight Loss to manage and scale this area. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking to take ownership and deliver impact in a key and rapidly growing area of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and define the overall strategy and goals for the category. Report category performance on all main metrics and identify practical areas of improvement. Support the Head of Weight Loss in preparing meetings with external stakeholders and partners.

Job requirements The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of work experience, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, Proven ability to be organised, independent and deliver results, Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in strategy consulting/PE/IBD or in a startup.
Additional Information Candidates must have the right to work in the UK on an unlimited basis. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be able to work from our HQ in Bermondsey 3 days per week.
