The Role V&A East is seeking an integral member of the team, this role is critical in overseeing daily administrative tasks, facilitating office operations, and coordinating various activities such as team meetings, social events, financial management, and digital asset organisation. The Administrator is tasked with efficiently managing the schedules of the Director and Deputy Director, including travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for meetings, and providing minute-taking for designated working groups.
