We achieve this through our two flagship products: WiredScore certification and SmartScore certification. WiredScore certification is the first and only internet connectivity labeling system in buildings that helps owners better understand their buildings and implement significant improvement measures. SmartScore certification is a smart building certification that helps owners understand, improve and communicate the relevant use cases as well as the underlying technologies and processes of their buildings.
We are currently looking for an engineer to support the people in charge of labeling our operations in France. You will strengthen a rapidly developing, young, passionate and talented team. You will work directly with our clients among the largest players in corporate real estate, as well as with our consulting partners, design offices and access providers. Supervised by the operations director, you will work on the connectivity issues of developing or already occupied buildings, and participate in the development of our technical expertise. The position is based in Paris.
Responsibilities include conducting audits of developing buildings and visits to existing buildings, coordinating technical exchanges with engineers, operators and clients, conducting research as part of technological monitoring and contributing to the development of WiredScore's expertise. You will also advise our clients, developers and their real estate agents on the latest technologies and the possibilities of integrating them into their buildings.
Qualifications: You have technical knowledge of telecom networks and a good technological culture. A particular knowledge or a first experience in the field of construction or real estate is a plus. You have a general technical culture and know how to apprehend new technologies.
