What will you be doing?
We are in the process of converting from a community interest company into a charity. We are looking for a trustee with experience in, and knowledge of charity compliance to help steer us through this phase of exciting growth. We are particularly interested in trustees who would be able to give their time to guide on processes and procedures to ensure that we are compliant and effective as an emerging charity.
What are we looking for?
You will be experienced in leadership within the third sector, bringing with you a wealth of practical knowledge in compliance and governance, and will be able to help steer us as a new charity.
What difference will you make?
This is a vital role, helping to ensure we can continue to support disadvantaged women, and extend our reach as we grow.
