Role Summary:
- Ensure optimal performance of business applications, focusing on CRM and Finance systems
- Manage system configurations, user access, and permissions
- Provide support to end users, maintain the ticketing system, and oversee application integrations
- Perform audits, updates, and generate reports to assist decision-making
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting and optimizing business applications and integrations in a complex organizational environment
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automation
- The ability to translate small business requirements into effective application solutions

The role: As a Business Applications Analyst, you will ensure optimal performance, continuous improvements, system administration, and integration of our business applications, with a strong focus on CRM and Finance systems. You will manage system configurations, user access, and permissions, provide support to end users, maintain the ticketing system, oversee application integrations, perform audits and updates, and generate reports to support decision-making.
Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with experience in supporting and optimizing business applications and integrations within a complex organizational environment. Strong communication skills, experience in SQL and data analysis, and familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automation are essential. You should also have the ability to gather and interpret small business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
