Role Summary

The role: As a Claims Handler, you will be crucial in scaling our in-house claims function. You will manage your own portfolio from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, ensuring efficient and positive outcomes. You will work with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), drive improvements in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and streamline operations to enhance customer outcomes. You will also collaborate on cross-functional projects to shape the claims experience as we expand into new markets.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 18 months of experience in personal lines claims, preferably in Home Insurance. You should have strong technical expertise in claims handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.
