Change Please is an award-winning social enterprise that combats homelessness through the power of coffee. Since launching in Covent Garden in 2015, we've grown internationally, leveraging our profits to provide homelessness individuals with much needed services such as barista training, therapy, and housing advice. As a Coffee Training Manager, you will have a central role in the delivery, organisation, and improvement of our coffee and Impact training programs. You'll not only deliver the Change Please Barista Programme but also support our trainers. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Coffee & Training.
Role Requirements:
- Successful candidates should have management or coordination experience in training programs within the coffee, hospitality, or employability sectors.
- A strong knowledge base in coffee, excellent coaching abilities, and the skill to utilise feedback to enhance training are all crucial.
- Prior experience in a social enterprise or charity environment is advantageous

The role: The Coffee Training Manager will lead the delivery, coordination, and enhancement of our coffee and Impact training programs across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our training is of high quality, consistent, engaging, and compliant. You will be directly delivering the Change Please Barista Programme and supporting our trainers. This position reports to the Senior Programme Manager and works closely with the Head of Coffee & Training.
Job requirements: Candidates should have experience managing or coordinating training programs, preferably in coffee, hospitality, or employability sectors. Strong coffee knowledge, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to use feedback to improve training outcomes are essential. Experience in a social enterprise or charity setting is desirable.
