The role: You will handle the collection of finances and the resolution of account queries, raise sales invoices, and issue credit notes. Your responsibilities will include timely cash allocation, dispute resolution, and continuous statement reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure debtor payments are received within agreed terms. You will also chase overdue invoices by various means and work towards converting customers to the Direct Debit payment method.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and possess a strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude. Strong Excel skills and experience using web-based systems are essential.
